During the Soviet era Azerbaijan was run out of this building. Now its mostly empty.

So far no issues with shakedowns, safety or anything like that.

Yep, right on the door. It also warns not to leave the gas on because stoppages are frequent and when you come back the place will be full of gas. I didn't read it till three day in and had the gas fireplace on the whole time. No worries though, its been reliable the entire time.
